Self-Care Library
Self-Care Library is a free, volunteer-run library of self-care interventions grounded in psychological science.
Information on taking care of our physical health is everywhere. When it comes to mental health, accurate and detailed information can be a lot harder to come by. Should we be meditating? Locking ourselves out of social media? Is a face-mask and a warm bath the best that science has to offer? Ultimately, we just don't believe it should be that complicated, so we're doing our best to bring the science to you.
